Working with you was a very pleasant experience, as I had found HOPE. Your team at SpaceMakers was incredible, from the sales department to the crew who took measurements as well as the installation crew. I also have to praise the Owner of the company, who took the time to call me when the builder of the cabinet had to leave town due to a family emergency. I am writing to let you know how very pleased we are with the furniture we ordered from you! The entire experience was a pleasure; from the first sales meeting to the last visit by the installers. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and informative. The Salesperson was so helpful in selecting colors and styles, and his advice was right on!

The installers were conscientious, clean, and thorough. I work from a home office, and even though they were in my home doing all this work for 2 full days while I was working and on conference calls, they never interfered with my ability to conduct business.
They arrived at the scheduled time (an unexpected, and pleasant surprise to me), and worked until they had completed their tasks. They cleaned up behind themselves, and did not leave a mess, or destroy any part of my home.

And I haven't even addressed the quality of the furniture yet! We had a wall bed with side tables built, a custom media center to fit underneath a bump-out window, and a set of 3 floating shelves to fit a TV and some video equipment. The quality of the furniture is superb! It has totally transformed the look of the room, and we could not be happier with the results. Just wanted to send along the good news. Your people are tops in my opinion, and you should be very proud of how they represent you and your company.

The work was semi-custom to fit my measurements and requirements to fit in the room. The finished product was better than expected. The match to my existing oak roll top desk was perfect. As you know trying to stain oak has no guarantee as to how it will match, but it did. The workmanship is excellent. This letter is long overdue, as I fully intended to let you know how much I appreciate the exceptional service I received from your store. After looking at the typical furniture offered by the usual stores, I happened to stop into your showroom on Ray Road, and was pleasantly surprised to view such quality furniture. I was under the impression that Spacemakers dealt only in home office desks and wall-beds. Little did I know that your designs far surpassed those of other well-known, so-called "semi-custom" furniture makers. While in your showroom, I was approached by a sales associate, who asked if he could assist me. From that point on, he listened to my every idea and designed office furniture for me that not only looks superior, but also addresses my every need. He is to be commended on his work as well as his patience, as, over time, I changed several of the designs to get just what I wanted. I also appreciate their courtesy of cleaning up after themselves after the installation took place. 	It's not often these days that you have a great customer service experience, so when you do it's important that as a customer you recognize a result that exceeds your expectations. As you know, our recent purchase was the second you designed for us on behalf of Spacemakers, and just like the first, we are totally thrilled with the results. On October 27th, your guys came to the house and installed the finished product. It was obvious from the start they had extensive skill, but most of all, they treated my husband Bruce and I with great care. All of our concerns were answered, they were efficient and to top it off they were fun and friendly. Although we did have some fixes along the way, your guys assured us any concern would be handled promptly and accurately. Today, they arrived to put the finishing touches on the unit and all went extremely well. 	We just wanted you to see our beautiful guestroom and now office for me! I've never had such a wonderful office where I actually have a place for everything! And how nice to be able to use this room for something other than guests as we now have a grand baby and really need an extra room for her. My old office has a crib and changing table in there, and when the baby was sleeping here, I couldn't use my computer, so we were in a dilemma about what to do. We just happened to be shopping at Smart and Final when we looked into your showroom and found our answer!! When people walk into this room, they just can't believe it. And frankly, neither can we! It's my favorite room. The quality of your furniture is outstanding! As you can see from the pictures, my dogs now have a very large area to lay down and look out the window, thanks to your good idea to put the file cabinets there. I almost have all my files sorted through and that's a good feeling in itself. As you know, my son is already chomping at the bit to get a room like this as, since their baby, his office is in the kitchen in a little hutch and it is starting to drive him crazy. They have a three bedroom home, and one of the rooms is just a guestroom and they do get a lot of family visiting them. They turned their office into the baby's room, so the office was gone. This idea sure is cheaper than moving. They do need a bigger backyard for the baby, but for now, this office/guest room idea could be just what they need to get them by for now. And the salesperson, was such a great help to us. They planned our whole room out in front of our eyes and had an answer for every question we could come up with. It was so easy. Just bring in the measurements of the room and a room sprung forth!! Your salesperson really knows their stuff and it was a pleasure working with the salesperson. 	It is not often that I take the time to write a letter of complaint or commendation. Your employees did such a professional, thorough job I had to write & say "Thank You". Everyone we dealt with at SpaceMaker was professional and displayed a real focus on the customer. I appreciated the time our sales rep spent with us to close the sale. But, we were particularly impressed and very appreciative of your installation team. We cannot say enough good things about your entire installation team. Although it was unfortunate that the first cabinet did not work, I couldn't be happier with our new "bi-fold door" entertainment center. The time and attention to detail displayed by your staff coordinating and installing our new entertainment center certainly warrants some positive feedback. We truly appreciated the knowledge and professionalism displayed by Dolan Barkley. Dolan came out several weeks prior to the install just to ensure the wall space and electrical outlets wouldn't present any unusual requirements. The first installation team were awesome. They worked for about 4 1/2 hours to complete the install and ensure everything was perfect (except the doors didn't have clearance needed which wasn't their fault.) When the bi-fold doors did not fit, Dolan came right out to measure and rectify the situation. He was great about follow-up, keeping me status on what they would do and dates for the re-install. Dolan and Angel came out yesterday to install the new center section. They were both awesome as well, professional and dedicated to doing the job right. Dolan made one final visit this morning to finish up hardware & trim. He displayed meticulous precision and dedication to the job. You are very fortunate to have such great employees. 	The experience of dealing with Spacemaker for our needs was excellent. The salesperson was knowledgeable and efficient. The scheduling was also very professional. We were called to set an appointment for the installation, but we were not ready with our remodel. We called back and were put on a schedule that worked for us. About a week or so before the scheduled installation, we were called and given a time of 10:00 a.m. on a Friday. Your installation crew was here at that time.
